Accepted payment methods include UPI and scanning QR codes from platforms such as Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay.
UPI presents a secure and convenient method for online money transfers. When initiating payment with your UPI ID, a QR Code will appear for scanning, facilitating the transaction.
Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
What is UPI?
The Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is an immediate, real-time payment system developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to streamline inter-bank transactions. It enables direct payments from your bank account using a unique UPI ID.
How to Make Payment using UPI:
- Obtain a UPI App: Ensure you have a UPI-enabled banking application installed on your smartphone. Popular options include Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, among others.
- Select UPI Payment: During checkout, opt for the “UPI” mode as your preferred payment option.
- Enter Your UPI ID: Input your distinctive UPI ID provided by your bank, which might be your phone number followed by “@upi” or a custom ID assigned by the bank.
- Verify Payment Details: Review the payment specifics, including the amount and recipient UPI ID.
- Proceed to Payment: Once confirmed, initiate the payment process by clicking on the ‘Pay’ or ‘Proceed’ button.
- Authorize Payment: Your UPI app will open automatically. Authenticate the payment by entering your UPI PIN.
- Payment Confirmation: Upon successful authorization, you’ll receive confirmation messages on both the website and your UPI app.
QR Code Option:
If you prefer QR code scanning for payments:
- Select the ‘Scan QR Code’ option at checkout.
- Open your UPI app and choose ‘Scan & Pay.’
- Align the QR code within the app’s provided frame.
- Verify and authorize the transaction.
